Depending on the hotel you have chosen, it is usually before 00:00 on the day of arrival in Serbia, unless you have specified a different time of arrival. Because the procedure for assigning stars to hotels is regulated by the hotel standard, issued back in 1989. The room rate includes accommodation and services listed in the room category. When booking online, you can view the list by clicking on the name of the room. The Conditions column indicates whether breakfast rates, taxes and fees set by the government or the municipality in Serbia are included. By the way, this information will be indicated in your confirmation email (voucher).

The accommodation cost is indicated for the room as a whole, taking into account the number of people that was indicated during the search. For example, if during the search 3 people were indicated, then its results will display the cost of the whole triple room, if 1 person was indicated, then in the results you will see the price of a single room. Please note that search results do not include additional services (SPA treatments, extra bed, pet, etc.). De luxe is a room with enhanced comfort. Suite is a two-room suite of superior comfort. Junior Suite - a superior room. Senior Suite - a 2-room (bedroom + living room) superior suite. Executive Suite - a suite with two bedrooms. King Suite - 2 bedrooms, living room and meeting room.

In most cases, the guest cannot independently choose the floor, but at the same time he can indicate his wishes in the booking request or say them by contacting the hotel directly (by phone or e-mail). Upon arrival at the hotel, all guests must present their passport to the administrator. In some cases, a credit card may be required.
